I'm a lifelong lover of language and storytelling, with a degree in Communications from Pepperdine University and a teaching credential from Cal State San Marcos. I have been an efficient reader since I was a child, finding comfort and distraction in stories to escape a childhood of trauma. I realized had a talent for editing and proofreading, with a natural instinct for catching grammatical, structural and continuity errors, when a few years ago I began to compile lists of mistakes spotted while reading published works. As a homeschool mom to two neurodivergent boys, I've learned the art of patience, creative problem solving and precision, all qualities that carry over into my work. I'm also a well respected local photographer and small business owner, where attention to detail and client connection is everything. I thrive on bringing my clients' visions to life, whether through words or photos. I enjoy working across genres, but my personal favorites include fantasy, mystery/thriller, horror, romance, and anything that leaves each chapter with a cliffhanger.
